Album and concerts
The video was released a day before the scheduled release of Cyrus’ tenth album, Bass Persuades. On Instagram, the artist posted a still from the video featuring her with Morando and noted that less than a year had passed from the start of work on the record to its release. She also thanked everyone involved in creating the album.
Earlier, Cyrus released the title single “Bass Persuades” and announced the album of the same name. The record will follow the 2025 release Something Beautiful and will be the singer’s first album on Atlantic Records. In the autumn, Cyrus plans two concerts at the Hollywood Bowl, on October 16 and 18; these will be her first full-scale performances in the United States since 2021.
