The Guardian ironically listed possible roles for Meghan Markle in Britain
The British newspaper The Guardian published a tongue-in-cheek list of possible roles for Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, amid reports of her possible involvement in a “top-secret” project based in the United Kingdom. The publication emphasized that the suggested options are humorous speculations without a sufficient factual basis.
According to The Guardian, journalist Bronte Coy, who was the first to report on a possible role for Meghan, told the BBC that the duchess had allegedly been offered a significant role and was very excited about the prospect. Representatives for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have not denied the report, but this does not confirm Markle’s involvement in the project.
Among the tongue-in-cheek possibilities, The Guardian mentioned the role of the new James Bond, a villain in the seventh season of the police drama *Line of Duty*, a bartender at the Queen Vic pub in the series *EastEnders*, a comatose patient in the medical drama *Casualty*, and an evening host on Magic FM.

In 2022, Meghan Markle told Variety magazine that she had no plans to return to acting, though she added that one should never say “never.” The Guardian cites her role in the American TV series Suits as her last major role. The publication also notes that Markle may still be a client of the Hollywood agency WME.
Separately, the newspaper mentioned Markle’s conversation with stylist Tan France on her lifestyle show. At the time, she said she missed the British radio station Magic FM. The station’s owner, Bauer Media, stated that Meghan Markle is welcome there.
