Ukrainian singer Oleksandr Ponomariov celebrates his 53rd birthday on August 9. On his birthday, the artist decided to reveal one of his biggest secrets to his fans—he has written a novel about artificial intelligence.
Ponomarev spoke about this new phase in his creative career on Instagram. According to the singer, working on the book was an unusual period for him, during which even those closest to him didn’t immediately understand what was going on with him.
“I remember it was a single day that lasted three weeks, and according to my inner feelings, my summer in September consisted of two months. My thoughts were racing faster than I could process them, and the voice recorder bore witness to this chaos,” the artist said.
He added that at one point he was so absorbed in the creative process that even those closest to him could no longer understand his state of mind.
Ponomarev also revealed the theme of his new work. At the heart of the novel is artificial intelligence and the question of the boundary between technology and human consciousness.
“What if one day artificial intelligence stops being just a program? Where does the code end and consciousness begin?” the singer asked intriguingly.
The novel is titled “30 Days: AI-Human.” The author has not yet provided any further details about the plot or the book’s release date.
