Photo: 31 people from the Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions were evacuated to the Rivne region
On July 28, 31 people arrived in the Rivne region on an evacuation train after fleeing the Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions due to constant Russian shelling.
At the train station, the evacuees—including children and people with disabilities—were met by rescue workers, police officers, medical personnel, and volunteers. They helped them with their belongings, provided an escort, and offered initial medical and psychological assistance.
This is the 12th evacuation train to arrive in the Rivne region since the beginning of 2026.

As a reminder, mandatory evacuation of families with children has been expanded in the Dnipropetrovsk region. A total of 222 families raising 364 children are to be evacuated from 10 villages in the Synelnykivskyi district to safer locations.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, mandatory evacuation of residents from two more settlements has been ordered due to the security situation. These are Vasylkivka in the Synelnykivsky district and Vyshchetarasivka in the Nikopolsky district.
