Defense Forces strike enemy space communication center and air defense assets

Ukrainian Defense Forces units carried out strikes on multiple Russian military targets during the night of March 2, including a long-range space communication center and radar stations, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.

According to military sources, a long-range space communication center near the settlement of Vityne in temporarily occupied Crimea was hit. Additionally, a Podlyot-K1 radar station was destroyed near Vynohradne.

In temporarily occupied Luhansk region, Ukrainian strikes targeted the Kasta 2E2 radar station near Lyubymyi and the Yastreb A-V radar station near Topoliv.

Ukrainian forces also attacked concentrations of personnel from the Rubikon electronic intelligence unit in temporarily occupied Kermenchik in Donetsk region and Kinski Rozdory in Zaporizhzhia region.

Previously, powerful explosions were reported at the Belbek airfield in Crimea. Drones also attacked the Ilsky oil refinery and Sevastopol.
