In Crimea, the Russians have begun covering oil depots with anti-drone nets
In the temporarily occupied city of Feodosia in Crimea, Russian troops have covered a local oil depot with anti-drone nets.
In this way, the occupiers are attempting to protect the facility from drone attacks.
“The oil depot in Feodosia is covered with anti-drone nets, which doesn’t help much,” the report states.
According to the Telegram channel, several tanks remain on the oil depot’s grounds that have not yet been damaged.
At the same time, the marine oil loading terminal in Feodosia has repeatedly suffered fires.
The most recent known fire at the facility occurred on July 18.
Russian occupiers are attempting to strengthen the oil depot’s defenses using anti-drone nets; however, according to “Crimean Wind,” such protection does not ensure the facility’s complete security.

On the night of August 11, the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck the “Orsknefteorgsintez” oil refinery in Russia’s Orenburg Oblast. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the strike on the facility, which is located approximately 1,500 kilometers from Ukrainian territory.
On August 11, in the Russian city of Orsk in the Orenburg region, long lines began to form at local gas stations amid strikes on oil refining infrastructure. According to reports from the city, hundreds of cars gathered at gas stations, indicating growing concern over possible fuel supply disruptions.
