Video: A Flamingo missile attack was carried out on a factory in Cheboksary

On the morning of June 10, an attack on a defense facility was reported in Cheboksary, Russia, in the Chuvash Republic. A video has been posted online which, according to sources, shows Ukrainian FP-5 Flamingo missiles striking a target in the city. There is currently no official confirmation of the details of the incident.

 

Footage of the missile flying over Cheboksary and photos of the aftermath of the strike, likely on a defense facility, have been shared online.

Meanwhile, FirePoint founder Denis Shteilerman posted a photo of the rocket launch on social media today without providing further details.

According to the Telegram channel Astra, the attack caused a fire at the VNIIR-Progress defense enterprise in the Russian city. The plant manufactures Kometa antennas for the Russian army, which protect drones from electronic warfare systems, as well as other components for Russian Shahed drones and Iskander-M and Kalibr missiles.

Astra OSINT analysts report that the VNIIR-Progress facility was completely fenced off after a previous attack.
