Aston Martin unveils its first road-legal motorcycle, the AMB 002 Roadster
Aston Martin, together with motorcycle manufacturer Brough Superior, has unveiled the AMB 002 Roadster — the brand’s first motorcycle approved for use on public roads. The series will be limited to 300 units, with the first customer deliveries expected in the third quarter of 2027, Motor1 reports.
Limited hand-assembled series
Each AMB 002 Roadster will be assembled by hand rather than on an assembly line. It is the first road-going model created through the collaboration between Aston Martin and Brough Superior. Previously, the companies developed the AMB 001 and AMB 001 Pro track motorcycles, which were not intended for use on public roads.
Aston Martin Chief Creative Officer Marek Reichman said that creating a road motorcycle had been a long-standing goal after the release of the two track models. According to him, the AMB 002 Roadster is an adaptation of that idea for public roads.

Engine and titanium chassis
The motorcycle received a new liquid-cooled four-stroke 1,083-cubic-centimeter V-twin engine. It was developed specifically for this model rather than adapted from an existing Brough Superior power unit. Its stated output is 130 hp, while torque is 81 lb-ft.
The stated weight of the AMB 002 Roadster is 419 pounds, with a 50:50 weight distribution between the axles. The frame is made of titanium and weighs 11 pounds. At the front, it features Fior double-wishbone suspension instead of a conventional telescopic fork.
Aston Martin-style design
The motorcycle’s appearance incorporates styling solutions referencing the Aston Martin Vanquish, Valkyrie and Valhalla cars. Brough Superior President Thierry Henriette called the model unique in terms of design and riding experience. Orders for the AMB 002 Roadster are already open.
