Hyundai has officially launched the Palisade High Roof version of its large SUV in South Korea, featuring a roof raised by 240 mm. The vehicle’s total height is 2,005 mm, while the main feature of the modification is a more spacious interior with equipment for rear-row passengers. Motor1 reports.

Taller body and new equipment

In addition to the altered roofline, the Palisade High Roof received 21-inch wheels with Pirelli tires and electronically controlled suspension with a predictive function, which is included as standard equipment.

Inside, a 21.4-inch display has been installed in the ceiling for the entertainment of rear-seat passengers. The model also features retractable LED reading lamps, a starlight-effect ceiling and ambient interior lighting.

The vehicle also comes with a UV-C sterilization system to disinfect the interior from bacteria, viruses and fungi. The Hyundai Palisade High Roof costs 72.44 million won in Korea, or about $52,300 at the exchange rate cited by Motor1.
