Construction of a residential complex in Poznyaki has been suspended following a Russian attack
As a result of a massive attack by Russian forces on Kyiv on the night of July 6, the construction site of the “Urlivskyi-1” residential complex was damaged, causing construction work on the site to come to a complete halt.
A powerful blast wave damaged the exterior structures of the complex’s residential buildings, shattered windows, and severely damaged the facade finishes, wall structures, and construction equipment on site.

Investigations and an official assessment of the damage are currently underway on the residential complex’s grounds; once these are completed, the developer plans to commission an independent expert assessment to accurately determine the extent of the damage. The company notes that construction of the project will resume only after all necessary legal procedures have been completed and the appropriate permit has been obtained from the relevant authorities. It is worth noting that construction of this residential complex began back in 2018, but work on the site was not resumed until March of this year.
This was reported by PJSC Kyivmiskbud.
Three pharmacies belonging to the 9-1-1 chain in the Kyiv region were damaged by a Russian attack.
The death toll in Kyiv has risen to 15.
