Temperatures in Kyiv are expected to reach 10°C on April 28; rain is expected in the region
On Tuesday, April 28, cold weather with high atmospheric pressure will persist in the capital. According to forecasts, nighttime temperatures will range from +1 to +3°C, while daytime highs will not exceed +10°C.

Despite variable cloud cover, no significant precipitation is expected in Kyiv, although light rain is possible in the region. The chill will be intensified by a moderate wind with speeds of 7–12 m/s. Atmospheric pressure will gradually rise to 750 mm Hg.
This cold snap at the end of April is forcing residents of the capital to return to warmer clothing. Forecasters advise taking windy conditions into account when planning long walks. A steady warming trend is expected in the coming days, but Tuesday will remain one of the coldest days of the week.
