A number of streets in Kyiv have been closed due to the aftermath of the shelling
Following a massive Russian attack on the capital on July 6, law enforcement authorities temporarily restricted traffic on several streets in Kyiv. The restrictions were imposed to address the aftermath of the shelling and ensure the safe operation of emergency services.
This was reported by Oleksiy Biloshitsky, first deputy chief of the Patrol Police Department.
Traffic is temporarily blocked on:
- Urlivska Street (from Zdolbunivska Street to the intersection with Anna Akhmatova Street);
- Svitlytsky Street (from the intersection with Svobody Avenue toward Vasyl Poryk Avenue);
- Kurenivska Street (from the intersection with Kyrylivska Street toward Semen Sklyarenko Street).
“Please take this information into account when planning your route,” Biloshitsky emphasized.
As a reminder, seven people were killed as a result of a massive strike on Kyiv.
Earlier, Zelenskyy warned that Russia was preparing a new massive strike.
We also remind you that the Russians last launched a massive attack on Ukraine on the night of July 2. At that time, Russian forces launched 496 UAVs of various types and 74 missiles—air-, ground-, and sea-based—of various types at Ukraine.
