In Kyiv, a dog handler and his dog tracked down a missing 14-year-old girl
On August 7 in Kyiv, law enforcement officers, with the help of a K-9 handler and a police dog, located a 14-year-old girl who had not returned home that night after a domestic argument with her mother. The girl had gone out for a walk without her phone, after which her family contacted the police for help.
Personnel from the Svyatoshyn Police Department and police dog handlers were deployed to search for the minor.
Police officer Oleksandr Denysovets, along with his four-legged partner — a German Shepherd named Ray — combed through the park located near the missing girl’s home for several hours and eventually found her.
Fortunately, the teenager was unharmed, and the police later handed her over to her worried parents.
