During a speech in the park, veteran Dmytro Koziatynskyi explained that the purpose of the rally was to call for change and open dialogue. “This march is for communication, for dialogue, for reforms, and for Ukraine to emerge stronger from this situation,” he said. Afterward, the participants set off toward the Franko Theater. The procession moved through the city carrying posters and chanting slogans.

Among the slogans chanted during the march were: “Fedorov!”, “The people are the government,” “We care,” “You messed it up—fix it,” and “From the Soviet era to Europe.” Some participants carried a large banner reading “Fedorov MO.” In this way, they expressed their support for Mykhailo Fedorov’s return to the post of Minister of Defense. People also held signs reading: “Is a gravy train more important than the country?”, “Bring back what works,” “Lord, grant our government wisdom—preferably today,” and other calls for change.

As the procession marched down Khreshchatyk, participants once again observed a minute of silence in honor of the soldiers who died in the war against Russia. The rally took place in central Kyiv without any reports of serious incidents. Participants stated that they demand greater transparency in defense decisions and the continuation of reforms aimed at strengthening the Ukrainian military. This was reported by UP’s live broadcast.
