The victims were Dmytro Pavelo, an operator at branch No. 257, and Dmytro Lepsky, an operator at branch No. 52. The company clarified that Dmytro Lepsky was killed along with his wife, Svitlana.
In its statement, Nova Poshta emphasized that this is a heavy loss for the team and expressed condolences to the families and loved ones of the deceased. The company also noted that it is in contact with the families and is providing the necessary assistance. “This is an irreparable loss for our entire team. We express our sincere condolences to the families, loved ones, friends, colleagues, and everyone who knew Dmytro and Dmytro,” the statement reads.
Separately, the company expressed its condolences to all families who lost loved ones as a result of the attack. “We also extend our sincere condolences to all families who lost their loved ones in this terrible tragedy. Today, the entire country mourns alongside Kyiv,” the statement noted.
Search and rescue operations are ongoing at the site of the strike in the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv; debris is still being cleared, and details regarding the aftermath are being clarified.
