May 15 was declared a day of mourning in Kyiv for the victims of the Russian attack

May 15 has been declared a Day of Mourning in Kyiv for those who died as a result of the massive Russian attack on the capital.

This was announced by Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.

In memory of the victims of the attack, flags will be flown at half-mast on all municipal buildings in the city. It is also recommended that this be done on buildings owned by the state and private entities.

In addition, all entertainment events will be banned in the capital on this day.
