Alla Pugacheva is ready to visit Ukraine, but only after the war ends
Russian artists Alla Pugacheva and Maxim Galkin, who left the aggressor country after the start of the full-scale invasion, spoke on July 25 about the possibility of visiting Ukraine. The couple spoke with journalists on the red carpet at the Laima Rendezvous Jūrmala music festival, which is taking place in Latvia.
Once again, Maxim Galkin emphasized that their family supports the Ukrainian people. However, when a journalist asked whether they truly intended to visit the Ukrainian capital, the artist reacted cautiously and remarked that it was a “strange question.”
After that, Alla Pugacheva joined the conversation. The singer noted that she does not rule out a trip to Kyiv, but only under two conditions—if she receives an invitation and when there is peace in Ukraine.
“You know we support you. Of course (we’re planning to go to Kyiv—ed.). Let’s get there quickly. Invite us—we’ll sing together. But only under a peaceful sky, please,” said Pugachova.
