Legendary British musician and former member of the iconic band The Beatles, Paul McCartney, has officially announced the release of his new album, titled *The Boys Of Dungeon Lane*.

This is the artist’s first full-length release since the successful album “McCartney III,” which was released in 2020.
The new work promises to be a deep dive into the musician’s past and his personal memories.
The album “The Boys Of Dungeon Lane” is inspired by McCartney’s early years in Liverpool and his friendship with John Lennon and George Harrison before “Beatlemania” swept the world.
The album’s title refers to the route from Liverpool to the Speke coast—the area where Sir Paul spent his childhood. Critics have already called this project the most introspective and vulnerable of the musician’s career.
Paul McCartney himself admits that the songs are filled with reflection and nostalgia for days long past.
“For me, it’s a song full of memories. The album title, ‘The Boys Of Dungeon Lane,’ comes from the lyrics of this song,” the musician said about the lead single.
He also added that he often asks himself if he writes too much about the past, but each time he comes to the conclusion that it is precisely the past that is the richest source of inspiration.
The official release of the album, which will include 14 tracks, is scheduled for May 29, 2026.
