On September 3, the second season of the series “The Gentlemen” premiered. The story of Eddie Horniman continues, and the main character will once again find himself in the dangerous world of crime and new adventures.

"The Gentlemen" is the story of Eddie Hornyman, an aristocrat who unexpectedly inherits his parents’ estate. However, along with it, he inherited the family business—a drug empire. In addition, Eddie inherited secrets, criminal problems, and a whole world of illicit trade.
Gorniman was not prepared for the secrets and dangers of the inherited business. But he’ll meet plenty of characters along the way who will eventually become true friends—and more. One of Eddie Horniman’s allies will be Susie Glass, who knows a thing or two about the drug trade.
The first season of the series premiered on Netflix on March 7, 2024, and is a spin-off of the 2019 project of the same name directed by Guy Ritchie.
Plot details for the second season of *The Gentlemen*
The second season will show how the main characters’ lives have changed a year after the events of the first season. In the new episodes, Eddie Horniman will be portrayed as a seasoned figure in the criminal underworld.
He will expand his drug empire beyond the estate, so the action will unfold in Italy. At the same time, Eddie is no longer trying to escape his legacy; on the contrary, he is striving to gain authority in the criminal underworld.
In addition, Suzy Glass and Eddie Horniman will consider taking control of the business themselves. The fact is that the methods of Suzy’s father, crime boss Bobby Glass, have become too dangerous.
The second season of the series *The Gentlemen* will consist of eight episodes. All episodes will be released simultaneously on Netflix on September 3. The story will unfold not only in England but also in Italy. Filming began back in 2025.
Viewers can also look forward to the story continuing, as on August 23, along with the announcement of the second season’s premiere, the creators announced that filming for the third season is already underway. Guy Ritchie remains the series’ director and screenwriter. Eran Krivi and Nick Rowland have also joined the creative team.
Returning to the screen for the second season are Theo James, Kaya Scodelario, Daniel Ings, Ray Winstone, Vinnie Jones, Joely Richardson, and Giancarlo Esposito.
At the same time, new characters will be introduced, played by Hugh Bonneville, Michele Morrone, Benedetta Porcaroli, Sergio Castellitto, musician Benjamin Clementine, boxer Chris Eubank Jr., and TV host Maya Juma.
