A villa featured in a James Bond movie has been listed for sale for 1.4 million euros
In Italy, apartments have been put up for sale in the famous Villa La Gaeta on the shores of Lake Como, which served as one of the locations for the James Bond film *Casino Royale*, starring Daniel Craig.
It was right next to this villa that the film’s final scene was shot, in which Agent 007 tracks down and captures Mr. White.
The apartments were completely renovated in 2023. They are located on the first floor of the historic building and span two levels. Inside, there is a living room with access to a terrace, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional room.
The new owner will also have access to a private marina, a private dock with space for a boat, and two parking spaces.
The property is valued at 1.2–1.4 million euros. Sotheby’s is handling the sale of the apartments.
