The dollar and the euro rose slightly on April 30

In Ukraine, official exchange rates have shown a moderate rise in the value of the dollar and the euro. 

This was reported by the press service of the National Bank of Ukraine.

As of Thursday, April 30, the following official exchange rates have been set:

  • 1 U.S. dollar – 44.08 UAH (an increase of 1 kopeck)
  • 1 euro – 51.58 UAH (up 9 kopecks)

According to financial market data, the average exchange rates at Ukrainian banks are:

US dollar:

  • buy – 43.80 UAH
  • sell – 44.29 UAH

Euro:

  • buy – 51.20 UAH
  • sell – 52.00 UAH

At currency exchange offices, the average rates are as follows:

US Dollar:

  • buy – 43.80 UAH
  • sell – 43.90 UAH

Euro:

  • buy – 51.42 UAH
  • sell – 51.65 UAH

At Ukraine’s largest banks, card exchange rates are as follows:

PrivatBank:

  • dollar – 43.85–44.25 UAH
  • Euro – 51.14–51.81 UAH

Monobank:

  • dollar – 43.87–44.23 UAH
  • Euro – 51.15–51.81 UAH

Currency fluctuations remain moderate, with changes mostly within a few kopecks. The market continues to react to domestic economic factors and the overall situation in the country.

 

The NBU has seta record for reserves and will transfer over 146 billion UAH to the budget.

As a reminder, the NBU may revoke MTB Bank’s license.
