Global health and wellness giant Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE: HLF) is acquiring Bioniq, with the deal potentially valued at up to $150 million including contingent payments based on future performance.

Bioniq develops personalized nutritional supplements leveraging blood analysis and user data. The company operates in over 70 markets worldwide and has compiled a database of six million biochemical markers. Notable investors include football stars Cristiano Ronaldo and Diogo Dalot.

The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026. Following completion, Bioniq founder Vadim Feoktov will join Herbalife’s management team. The partnership will enable Bioniq to utilize Herbalife’s extensive distribution network and launch sales in Europe and the United States by the end of this year, with plans to expand globally thereafter.
