Kyivstar has launched sales of Starlink for businesses and government agencies in Ukraine
Kyivstar has announced the official launch of Starlink satellite internet services for business customers and government agencies in Ukraine. The company is positioning the new service as a solution for ensuring reliable connectivity in challenging conditions.
Ukrainian companies can order the service directly from the operator right now, and the delivery of terminals will be the next stage of the launch and is expected in the near future.
Sales became possible under an agreement between Kyivstar and Starlink, signed on May 6, 2026, which allows the operator to act as an authorized Starlink reseller in Ukraine. Comprehensive customer support is already available—consultations on connecting and activating services, as well as a 24/7 support hotline. Kyivstar will provide further updates regarding the start of sales for Starlink equipment kits.
The service is aimed at large corporations, medium-sized businesses, and manufacturing enterprises for which stable connectivity under any conditions is critical. Government agencies, including educational and medical institutions, can also purchase Starlink services.
Kyivstar offers tariff plans tailored to business needs and featuring various data allowances. Specifically, the “Local Priority” plan is available for use within Ukraine, and the “Global Priority” plan is available for use abroad. Business customers receive priority access and consistently high connection speeds even during peak loads.
Services can be paid for in hryvnia (the cost is determined at the NBU exchange rate), and customers receive all necessary financial documents from Kyivstar. This ensures transparency in procurement and simplifies access to Starlink services in Ukraine.
Recently, the American company SpaceX successfully launched a Falcon 9 rocket, which placed another batch of 24 Starlink internet satellites into Earth orbit.
SpaceX earned $8 billion last year.
