The OKKO gas station chain has denied reports of limits on fuel sales

The OKKO gas station chain has denied reports circulating in the media that it has imposed restrictions on the sale of diesel fuel for vehicles, limiting purchases to between 50 and 100 liters per customer.

The company stated that there are no restrictions on refueling vehicles, and that the 100-liter limit applies exclusively to fuel sold in containers.

Earlier reports indicated that, due to the convergence of wholesale and retail prices, some chains had begun limiting diesel sales, particularly for trucks. The introduction of these restrictions is due to the fact that retail prices at gas stations turned out to be more favorable than the new wholesale prices at oil depots. This forced large commercial consumers to purchase fuel directly at gas stations, creating the risk of local stocks running out quickly.

Prior to this, on July 29, 2026, Ukraine’s largest gas station chains updated their fuel prices. The average price of A-95 gasoline is about 82 UAH per liter, while diesel fuel has risen to 92.21 UAH per liter. The highest prices for gasoline and diesel are currently being recorded at the “Okko,” WOG, and Socar chains.

As of July 31, 2026, Ukraine’s largest gas station chains have updated their fuel prices. Diesel fuel saw the sharpest increase, while the cost of gasoline and autogas remained unchanged at most chains.
