Gasparovic claims she was harassed and wrongfully dismissed after reporting misconduct and has filed a separate lawsuit against Moët Hennessy seeking €1.3 million for gender discrimination and retaliation. She maintains her allegations are valid and supported by other staff experiences.
Moët Hennessy denies all wrongdoing, saying Gasparovic’s actions are a “personal vendetta” and “high-level aggression.” The case has drawn attention to workplace culture issues within the luxury conglomerate and raised broader questions about gender equality and corporate accountability in France.
