A large cosmetics factory near Kyiv has been put up for sale for $3.4 million
A full-cycle manufacturing complex for the production of cosmetics, personal care products, and household chemicals is for sale 35 kilometers from Kyiv. The facility is designed to produce up to 15.34 million units per year (over 1.27 million per month).
The facility is designed for the production of the buyer’s own brands, contract manufacturing, or private-label products for retail chains and distributors.
Components of the Complex and Infrastructure
Real estate and land: The total floor area is 6,300 m² (3,300 m² of production facilities with 5-meter-high ceilings; 3,000 m² of warehouses with 6-meter-high ceilings). They are located on a 1.6-hectare industrial site (held under a long-term lease).
Equipment and Certification: The plant is certified to international GMP/ISO standards and is equipped with production, filling, packaging, and labeling facilities, as well as its own laboratory for quality control of raw materials and finished products.
Self-Sufficiency: The complex is equipped with a 200 kW transformer substation, a diesel generator, its own wells, solid-fuel boilers, a compressor station, and a water treatment system.
The property is being sold as a real estate asset (buildings, equipment, laboratory, engineering systems, and land lease rights). Trademarks, recipes, brands, the operating sales company, and the customer base are not included in the base agreement; however, the transfer of specific contracts and the recruitment of specialists may be discussed separately.
