Prozorro.Sales has contributed more than 131 billion hryvnias to government budgets during its first decade of operation
Over the ten years that the Prozorro.Sales state electronic system has been in operation in Ukraine, more than 182,000 online auctions have been successfully conducted. The total amount of funds raised exceeded 131 billion hryvnias, with more than 70 billion hryvnias flowing into the state and municipal budgets after the start of the full-scale Russian invasion.
The relevant ministry has cited the work of JSC “Prozorro.Sales” as one of the most notable and successful examples of digital transformation in the field of public administration. Today, the digital ecosystem brings together more than 13,000 auction organizers and 150,000 verified participants, and provides transparent access to more than 20 different markets for public assets.
The platform began as a modest pilot project created exclusively for the sale of assets from insolvent banks, but later evolved into the primary tool for the disposal of state-owned assets. Privatization has become one of the most effective areas of its work: over a ten-year period, large- and small-scale privatization assets worth more than 35 billion hryvnias were successfully sold through electronic auctions. According to government officials, the system has completely eliminated corruption risks and set new standards for transparency in the management of public assets.
