CEO adviser names steps to accelerate results before year-end — MyJoyOnline
CEO adviser Ernest De-Graft Egyir advised chief executives to focus on priority tasks, make decisions faster and reallocate resources to accelerate company results before the end of the year.
Focus on achievable goals
In a column published by MyJoyOnline, the author noted that with only one quarter remaining, leaders should distinguish between goals that can realistically be achieved by year-end and issues requiring immediate intervention.
According to him, accelerating work in the fourth quarter requires setting priorities, making decisions more promptly, allocating resources effectively and consistently implementing planned actions. It is not simply about working more intensively, but about directing the organization’s efforts toward opportunities with the greatest impact on results.

One initiative for acceleration
As a practical action for CEOs, the author proposes identifying one initiative whose acceleration now could substantially improve the organization’s results in the fourth quarter. In his view, focused acceleration can close gaps in plan execution and deliver stronger year-end results.
