Uklon is launching its own marketplace: flowers are the first product category

Uklon, a ride-hailing service owned by the Kyivstar Group, has announced the launch of its own marketplace, Uklon Store. This new venture is intended to serve as another source of revenue for the company and contribute to the development of its service ecosystem.

At launch in Kyiv, the “Flowers” category is available to users. You can order a bouquet directly in the Uklon app by selecting a store, product, and delivery address.

Uklon CEO Serhiy Hryshkov noted that the launch of the marketplace is a continuation of the company’s strategy to transform from a single-product company into a platform offering several complementary services.

Currently, the app already offers rides, delivery, bus tickets, electric scooter rentals, and other services. Uklon Store has become the company’s sixth product.

The company reported that the marketplace will continue to expand with new product categories depending on user demand.

As a reminder, Uklon also recently announced the acquisition of the Lviv-based electric scooter operator e-Wings for 97.6 million UAH. Once the deal is finalized, the service is planned to be integrated into the Uklon app.
