Devtraco Group launches Lotus residential project in Ghana — MyJoyOnline

In Ghana, development company Devtraco Group has unveiled a new residential project, Devtraco Lotus, which it positions as a premium and limited-supply opportunity for property buyers and investors. MyJoyOnline reports.

Project concept

Devtraco Group Development Director Sidney Kwei said that the Lotus name is intended to convey ideas of uniqueness and timelessness. According to him, the company used the image of a lotus flower, which blooms only during certain periods, as a symbol of the limited opportunity offered by the project.

Kwei clarified that the name does not mean the building will have the architectural shape of a flower. Instead, it is intended to reflect the concept of limited supply for potential buyers.

Services and infrastructure

According to Devtraco Plus, property owners at Devtraco Lotus will have access to property management services. The unit is expected to assist with renting out properties and managing such investments.

Devtraco Plus Sales Manager Billy Joseph Tamatey said that the project combines location, property management services and infrastructure for residents. The listed facilities include green spaces, a wellness centre, a swimming pool, a gym and a banking hall.

Devtraco Group said that Devtraco Lotus is intended to combine a premium residential format, investment opportunities and management services for purchased property.
