Trump Organisation has six development projects in Gulf countries
Trump Organisation is developing six real estate projects in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Oman jointly with Dar Global, the international division of Saudi Arabia’s Dar Al Arkan. These include golf resorts, hotels and premium residential properties in Dubai, Riyadh, Jeddah, Doha and Muscat, The National reports.
In a financial disclosure filed with the US Office of Government Ethics, US President Donald Trump and Trump Organisation reported $38 million in licensing fees from developers for projects in Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. In particular, the document included $5.25 million in licensing fees for a future golf club and resort in Doha.
Three projects in Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia has three of the six properties: two in Jeddah and one in Wadi Safar in Riyadh, which is being implemented in partnership with Diriyah Company. The complexes are planned to feature Trump-branded golf courses, international hotels and premium housing, including apartments and townhouses. Construction is scheduled to be completed in 2029–2030.

In Doha, the project covers approximately 790,000 square metres within the 8-million-square-metre Simaisma complex. It includes the 18-hole Trump International Golf Course, a clubhouse and branded villas. In Oman, the companies are developing a resort in Muscat with villas, a hotel and a golf course.
Skyscraper in Dubai
In the UAE, Trump Organisation and Dar Global are building the $1 billion Trump Tower on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road. The 80-storey building is set to house 500 residences, a Trump-branded hotel and a private members’ club. According to the publication, the project has already been 80% sold to regional and international investors.
The first completed Trump Organisation project in the Gulf countries was the Trump International Golf Club in Dubai, implemented jointly with developer Damac in 2017. Dar Global, whose shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange, had a $19 billion portfolio at the end of last year. In 2025, its net profit increased more than sixfold to $100.8 million, while revenue more than doubled to $538.6 million.
