Incheon Airport in South Korea was filled with travelers heading abroad ahead of the four-day Chuseok holiday. On Wednesday, a day before the holiday period began, families and tourists were making their way to departure areas.
Passenger traffic forecast
Incheon Airport expects about 1.14 million passengers during the Chuseok travel period, which begins on Thursday. This was reported by the Korea Herald.

Measures at the airport
To handle the holiday influx of passengers, the airport will open its main departure gates 30 minutes earlier. Additional staff and equipment for security screenings will also be deployed.
