Mykola Davydiuk to Replace Tsabal as Member of Parliament — CEC
The Central Election Commission has certified Mykola Davydiuk as the elected People's Deputy of Ukraine from the "Holos" party. In the Verkhovna Rada, he will replace Volodymyr Tsabal, who resigned his seat early.
This was reported by the CEC.
As noted, Davydiuk was the next candidate in line on the “Holos” party’s electoral list, listed as No. 27.
To be officially registered as a People’s Deputy, he must submit the necessary documents to the Central Election Commission no later than 20 days after the decision is made public. After receiving the documents, the CEC must make a decision on registration within five days.
The commission also reported that it had received a document regarding the early termination of the powers of People’s Deputy Volodymyr Tsabal based on his personal statement.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced preparations for personnel changes in the Cabinet of Ministers and state-owned companies.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the dismissal of Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine Ihor Zubovych. This personnel decision concerns his work within the government team and was adopted during one of the Cabinet’s meetings.
