Borussia Dortmund beat Stuttgart 1-0 away in the German championship and moved into first place in the Bundesliga. Maximilian Beier scored the only goal of the match at the MHP Arena in Stuttgart.
As Channel NewsAsia reports, Dortmund have a maximum 12 points after four rounds. The team are two points ahead of Bayern and Freiburg ahead of the international break.
Goal after Bellingham's introduction
The teams did not score in the first half. In the 62nd minute, Borussia brought Jobe Bellingham onto the pitch, and eight minutes later he sent the ball into the centre, where Beier scored from close range.
After conceding, Stuttgart tried to equalise, but the visitors' defence held on to their narrow lead. For the Stuttgart club, this defeat was their third in four Bundesliga matches since the start of the season.

In another match, Mainz 05 beat Borussia Mönchengladbach 4-3 away. It was the club's fourth defeat of the season. The team was led in this match by acting head coach Jan-Moritz Lichte, who was appointed after Eugen Polanski was dismissed six days earlier.
