World figure skating champion Medvedeva has been added to the "Myrotvorets" database
Former Russian figure skater Evgenia Medvedeva has been added to the "Myrotvorets" website database.
This was reported on the "Myrotvorets" website.
As noted, in November 2022, Medvedeva held a public meeting with the so-called “Minister of Sports of the Republic of Crimea,” Olga Torubarova.
"Myrotvorets" claims that the athlete is an "accomplice of the Russian occupiers" and allegedly an accomplice to the crimes of the Russian authorities against Ukraine
Evgenia Medvedeva is 26 years old. She is a silver medalist at the 2018 Olympic Games in singles and team competitions. She has also been a two-time world champion (2016, 2017) and a two-time European champion.
Previously, there were reports about another Russian gymnast who supports the war against Ukraine on social media. Specifically, she liked posts featuring Vladimir Putin and Russian military personnel, and followed the pages of individuals and figures subject to international sanctions for supporting Russian aggression.
Earlier, FIFA President Gianni Infantino was added to the “Myrotvorets” website’s database.
Previously, Roman Pavlyuchenko, a former striker for the Russian national team and London’s Tottenham Hotspur, was added to the “Myrotvorets” website’s database.
