Lions name squad for All Blacks match
South African provincial team Lions have named their squad for the match against the All Blacks, which will take place on Tuesday at Ellis Park Stadium in Johannesburg. The squad includes fullback Quan Horn and prop Boan Venter, who were released from the South Africa national team, the Springboks.

Venter has been included among the Lions replacements and could make his debut for the team after moving from Scotland's Edinburgh. Former South Africa flanker Sikunbuzo Notshe, who previously played club rugby in France, has also been named among the replacements and could play his first match for the Lions.
Scrum-half Morne van den Berg has not been released from the Springboks squad. According to Channel NewsAsia, this increases his chances of playing for South Africa in the second test against New Zealand, scheduled for Saturday in Cape Town.

Final provincial match of the tour
The match against the Lions will be the All Blacks' last of four fixtures against South African provincial teams during the tour. Earlier, New Zealand defeated the Stormers in Cape Town, the Sharks in Durban and the Bulls in Pretoria. Last Saturday at Ellis Park, New Zealand beat South Africa 33:16 in the first test of the four-match series.
Franke Horn will captain the Lions. The starting lineup also includes Kelly Mpeku, Henco van Wyk, Richard Kriel, Chris Smith, Nico Steyn, Bato Hlekani and Siba Magashe. The replacements, alongside Venter and Notshe, are Morne Brandon, R.F. Schuman, Jirhon Andrews, J.C. Pretorius, Haashim Pead and Boeta Chamberlain.
