Real Madrid defeated Rayo Vallecano 4:1 on September 12 in a La Liga match at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in Spain. Kylian Mbappé scored twice, while Álvaro Carreras and Jude Bellingham also found the net.
Three goals before the break
Mbappé opened the scoring in the 14th minute by converting a penalty. Three minutes later, he assisted Carreras, who scored the hosts’ second goal. In the sixth minute of the second half, Rayo Vallecano forward Sergio Camello reduced the deficit after an error by Real Madrid players.
