Svitolina, in partnership with United24, has launched a fundraising campaign to defend Ukraine's airspace
Ukraine’s top female tennis player, Elina Svitolina, has teamed up with the United24 platform to announce the launch of a new fundraising campaign aimed at strengthening the defense of Ukraine’s airspace. The initiative aims to support projects related to air defense and the safety of the civilian population.
“I always proudly represent the Ukrainian colors—on and off the court—doing everything I can to ensure that my country is not only proud of me but also safe. And I am grateful to everyone who helps me in this. I want to give you this blue-and-yellow symbol of hope and resilience—for keeping hope alive. For helping Ukraine stand strong,” Svitolina said.
Everyone who makes a donation to the fundraiser by the end of June 2026 will have a chance to receive a flag from the Ukrainian champion, autographed by the players of the Ukrainian national tennis team: Marta Kostyuk, Oleksandra Oliinykova, Nadiya, and Lyudmyla Kichenok.
