monobank has enabled the ability to attach files to transactions
On August 3, 2026, monobank launched a new feature that allows users to attach files to individual banking transactions. The bank’s co-founder, Oleg Gorokhovsky, announced the launch of the update.
From now on, users can add a photo of a check, receipt, or any other file to a payment so they can quickly view it in the transaction details at any time.
To use this new feature, simply open the desired transaction, select “Upload File,” and then attach an image or document. The uploaded file will be saved along with the transaction and will be available for viewing later.
According to Gorokhovsky, this new feature will be useful for those who don’t want to lose paper receipts or who often forget exactly what they spent their money on.

The feature may also be useful for users who grant access to their card to family members or assistants. In such cases, a purchase receipt can be attached to the transaction, making it easier to track expenses.
The new feature has already begun rolling out in the monobank app.

Starting June 10, all international SWIFT payments in monobank will be completely free for regular users and businesses. This change applies to both incoming and outgoing money transfers.
