The Ariane 6 rocket launched Amazon's second batch of satellites into orbit

The European Ariane 6 launch vehicle successfully launched the second batch of internet satellites for Amazon into space.

The launch was carried out by the French company Arianespace on April 30 from a spaceport in French Guiana.

Thirty-two satellites from the Amazon Leo project were delivered into orbit. The rocket launched in the most powerful Ariane 64 configuration.

The mission lasted 1 hour and 54 minutes, after which all satellites were successfully deployed into low Earth orbit.

The company noted that this launch marked an important milestone in the deployment of Amazon’s satellite constellation, which is being implemented as part of a series of 18 missions.

We also reported that NASA launched Artemis II: the first crewed flight to the Moon in 50 years.

NASA congratulated the Artemis II crew on their successful return following their historic mission.
