Sony introduces LinkBuds Clip headphones with a unique clip-on design for enhanced comfort

Japanese tech giant Sony has launched the LinkBuds Clip — wireless headphones that do not insert into the ear canal but instead attach around the ear's outer shell. This design minimizes discomfort and keeps the earbuds secure, even for users who struggle with conventional true wireless earbuds falling out.

The main feature is the reduced pressure on the ear canal thanks to the clip-on design, ensuring a comfortable fit. The headphones include an equalizer accessible via a companion app, modes tailored for music and podcasts, a sound leakage reduction mode, and AI-enhanced noise cancellation for the microphone.

Battery life lasts up to 9 hours on a single charge, with an additional 28 hours provided by the charging case. The LinkBuds Clip are rated IPX4 for water resistance and come in black, gray, green, and pink. The retail price is approximately $230 (about 17,700 rubles).

Sony is a globally recognised Japanese company and one of the leaders in consumer electronics. Its product range covers headphones, players, televisions, and gaming consoles.

The LinkBuds Clip offer a comfortable and reliable solution for daily use, particularly attractive to users with atypical ear shapes who seek an alternative to traditional true wireless earbuds.

This product launch is expected to draw attention from consumers looking for earbuds that combine comfort with practical features for an active lifestyle.
