20 countries are cooperating with Ukraine on drone production — Zelenskyy
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that 20 countries are working with Ukraine on projects related to the production of unmanned aerial vehicles. According to him, this international cooperation is aimed at strengthening defense capabilities and advancing drone technology.
This was stated in a video address by the head of state.
“Due to this Russian aggression, killings have become more widespread and threats more dangerous, especially regarding drones. Many partners understand this: 20 countries are already working with Ukraine at various levels to establish Drone Deals with us. Political agreements are already in place with some countries; manufacturer contracts will follow, and our military expertise is already yielding results. We will soon sign political agreements with some of these countries,” he said.
In addition, according to the President, Ukraine has begun preparing a Drone Deal agreement with Canada.
Zelenskyy also noted that agreements on the joint production of anti-ballistic missiles are underway with the United States and in Europe.
“America remains engaged in the diplomatic process. It is clear that the war in Iran is currently attracting the most attention from America and the President of the United States. But there is a priority and support from the American people to end this war in Europe as well. And it is the Russian war that is having a global impact on technological changes—on the rapid development of the technology of war itself,” he noted.
