On Saturday, June 20, dry and warm weather will prevail across Ukraine. No precipitation is expected in most regions, and temperatures will rise to +30 degrees in some areas.
Light, brief showers are possible only in isolated areas of the northeast, as well as in the Odesa and Vinnytsia regions. In Kyiv and the surrounding region, the day will be dry.
On Saturday, June 20, comfortable summer weather will continue across Ukraine. Most regions will be dry, with daytime temperatures reaching 23–28 degrees; in some places, thermometers will climb to +30. According to the forecast, variable cloud cover is expected throughout the country. No significant precipitation is expected.
Only in the northeast of the country, as well as in some parts of the Odesa and Vinnytsia regions, are light, brief showers possible. “Variable cloud cover will persist in Ukraine, mostly without precipitation,” the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center noted. The wind will blow from the north at a speed of 5–10 meters per second throughout the day.
It will be coolest in some regions of the north and center of the country, where temperatures will reach 23–25 degrees. In most regions, forecasters predict temperatures ranging from 23 to 28 degrees. It will be warmest in southwestern Ukraine. There, temperatures will rise to 25–30 degrees, which is more reminiscent of a real summer heatwave. Forecasters also provided a separate forecast for Kyiv and the Kyiv region.
Variable cloudiness without precipitation is also expected in the capital and the region. The wind will remain from the north, with speeds of 5–10 meters per second. In Kyiv, daytime temperatures will range from 26 to 28 degrees Celsius. Across the region, temperatures will range from 23 to 28 degrees. “No precipitation is expected in Kyiv and the region,” the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center reported. Overall, Saturday promises to be warm and pleasant for walks, outdoor recreation, and trips outside the city, according to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
