On May 27, Ukraine will see rain and strong winds, and temperatures will drop starting Thursday
On Wednesday, May 27, the weather in Ukraine is expected to take a turn for the worse—the country will be hit by rain and strong winds with storm-force gusts.
This was reported by meteorologist Natalka Didenko.
According to her, an atmospheric front will cross Ukraine, so precipitation is forecast for almost the entire country.
The highest air temperatures are expected in the south and southwest—ranging from 25°C to 28°C. In the Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, and Luhansk regions, daytime temperatures will be 17°C to 21°C, while in the rest of the country, they will be 20°C to 23°C.
In Kyiv on May 27, rain is forecast, with temperatures around +21 degrees and a strong northwesterly wind with gusts of up to 15–20 m/s.
At the same time, a noticeable cooling is expected in Ukraine starting Thursday, May 28. Daytime temperatures will drop to +12…+18 degrees.
According to the forecaster, warmer weather will return as early as the beginning of June.
