A 6-year-old girl who survived a lightning strike was discharged from a hospital in Lviv
In Lviv, doctors discharged a six-year-old girl from the hospital; she had been struck by lightning during a storm on June 29. Her condition is currently considered satisfactory.
According to the doctors, on the third day of her stay at St. Nicholas Hospital, the child was transferred to outpatient care. Medical staff reported that the girl is active, remembers everything, and responds clearly to questions.
At the same time, she will remain under the supervision of her family doctor for the next month. The child will also undergo additional cardiac examinations, including an electrocardiogram and an echocardiogram, to rule out any possible long-term effects of the lightning strike.
