This was reported by Nashe Hroshi, citing data from the Prozorro system for the period from April 20 to 24. Thanks to tenders conducted through framework agreements, savings of over 103.8 million hryvnias were achieved, although some procedures are still in the final stages.
The list of ordered equipment includes the following types of drones:

The terms of the framework agreements allow for the non-disclosure of information regarding specific suppliers and exact delivery dates to avoid creating risks for logistics chains as part of countering Russia. At the same time, procurement through Prozorro ensures competitive pricing, which allows for the involvement of a wider range of dealers and manufacturers. The new batch of equipment is intended to meet the critical needs of frontline units for reconnaissance and surveillance capabilities.
This contract has become one of the largest in recent times in the field of supplying the Armed Forces of Ukraine with civilian and specialized drones. The continuous updating of the drone fleet is part of the Ministry of Defense’s strategy to increase its technological advantage over the enemy. Further procurements in this area will continue in accordance with the approved funding plans for 2026.
In April, the Supply Department of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine signed eight contracts for the supply of DJI Matrice 4T quadcopters. The total value of the procurements is 385.91 million UAH.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is accelerating the delivery of ground robotic systems (GRS) to the front lines to perform logistical tasks and evacuate the wounded.
