The appeal regarding the pretrial detention of Yermak will be heard on May 21
On May 21, the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court will consider an appeal against the decision to impose a preventive measure on the former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
This was reported by the press service of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
The court hearing is scheduled for Thursday, May 21, at 1:10 p.m.
The hearing concerns the defense’s appeal against the ruling of the High Anti-Corruption Court’s investigating judge dated May 14, 2026, which imposed a preventive measure on the former official.
Andriy Yermak left the detention center and made his first comments.
Yermak stated in court that he respects state institutions.
Bail proceedings for Yermak have begun.
