The Chernihiv Regional Center for Social Services has denied a video claiming horrific conditions at the Pryluky center
The Chernihiv Regional TCC stated that the video circulating online, which allegedly shows unsanitary conditions at the Pryluky District TCC, is fake.
This was reported by the Chernihiv Regional Election Commission.
The agency emphasized that the premises shown in the video have no connection to the Pryluky District Military Registration and Enlistment Office or the Joint Staff.
“The material is fake and bears the hallmarks of a targeted information and psychological operation aimed at discrediting the Armed Forces of Ukraine and disrupting mobilization efforts,” the TCC noted.
They also emphasized that such content is being disseminated by Telegram channels specializing in manipulative messages about mobilization.
The TCC urged citizens to rely only on verified sources of information and not to spread misinformation.
Earlier, a video appeared online showing a damaged building, which was presented as the TCC building in Pryluky.
