"The decision to step down early is related to Patrick Fragman’s new professional commitments, specifically a full-time job offer. At the same time, the current stage of Energoatom’s work requires a significant level of commitment from Supervisory Board members and their regular participation in the work of the company’s corporate governance bodies,” the statement notes.
During his time on the Supervisory Board, Fragman was involved in analyzing the company’s financial situation, evaluating the investment program, and developing approaches for Energoatom’s further development.
It is reported that to ensure the continuity of the Supervisory Board’s work, a procedure to select a candidate for the position of independent member has already been initiated. The selection will be based on the results of a previously conducted competitive selection process, which will allow for the prompt appointment to the vacant position without launching a full competitive cycle.
As a reminder, Energoatomhas suspended some employees from work pending an anti-corruption investigation.
