Rain and clouds: what will the weather be like on April 17?
On April 17, Ukraine is expected to experience cooler and mostly cloudy weather, with light rain in many regions. The air temperature will drop by a few degrees compared to the previous day.
On Thursday, April 17, the weather in Ukraine will be determined by a cloudy and unstable atmospheric mass, which will bring a drop in temperature and brief showers in some areas. In Kyiv, nighttime temperatures are expected to be around +9°, and daytime temperatures up to +14…+16°, with clear spells and periodic precipitation.
In the western regions, it will be slightly cooler at night and more comfortable during the day: in Lviv, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, and Ivano-Frankivsk, temperatures will range from +4…+5° at night to +14…+16° during the day, with light rain possible in some areas. In Uzhhorod, it will be warmer—up to +18° during the day.
In the central part of the country, the weather will remain similar: in Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, Kropyvnytskyi, and Poltava, temperatures are expected to be around +15…+16° during the day with brief showers and cloudy skies.
Temperatures will remain slightly higher in the south. In Odesa, Mykolaiv, and Kherson, daytime highs will reach +18…+19°, with light rain or variable cloudiness possible in some areas. Daytime highs of up to +19° are also expected in Zaporizhzhia.
In the northern and eastern regions, it will be slightly cooler: in Sumy, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, and Dnipro, daytime temperatures will range from +15 to +17°C, with light rain in some areas. In Kramatorsk and Severodonetsk, temperatures will reach up to +19°C during the day with variable cloud cover.
Forecasters note that typical spring variability will persist across the country: no sharp weather fluctuations, but with noticeable cloud cover and periodic precipitation.
